ENROLLMENT PROCESS
We initiate the application processing in July. Kindly follow the outlined application steps below:

Step 1: Download and save the following forms in order to complete the forms.

School Transportation Form & Policy (if applicable)

Step 2: Upload the following documents in pdf or jpeg format.

Proof of Birth (Birth Certificate/Citizenship Certificate or Card/Passport/Landing Documents)

Updated Immunization Record
-
Copy of Valid Health Card
-
Most recent Report Card (Kindergarten to Grade 12)
-
Credit History or Transcript (High School Students)
-
Level of Performance in Entrance Assessment (if applicable)
-
Proof of Child Custody (if applicable)
-
Preauthorized Debit Form or a VOID cheque

Step 3: Submit all the required documents in pdf or jpeg/jpg format to info@alifedu.ca. Please enter "Registration" in the subject field and include your name and contact information in the message before submission.

Step 4: Upon submission of the application and fees, you will receive a letter of acceptance via email.​
